Vegetable and fruit

Foods that contain vitamins and minerals that are useful for the formation of bones and teeth, a component of enzymes, and the activity of the innervation as well as keeping the body so as not susceptible to the disease.

Healthy food that enters this vegetable category example is spinach, mustard greens, beans, kale, celery, broccoli, cauliflower, mushrooms, carrots, cucumber, papaya leaves, scallions, eggplant, long beans, purple and so on.
